Summary

Responsibilities

• Hardware Management: Assist in onboarding process for new hardware, participate in offboarding procedures, perform day-to-day tasks, and maintain and manage hardware and software assets
• Issues Troubleshooting: Handle troubleshooting activities, focusing on tool usage and addressing simple hardware issues
• ITSM System Operation: Gain exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) system operations and participate in their operation
