Summary

Join Domino's IT team and play a vital role in managing and evolving all IT systems and processes. You will streamline IT support, enhance employee experiences globally, optimize IT procurement, elevate onboarding and training, drive security initiatives, build scalable processes, and create a self-service culture. This role requires 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years implementing IT management software, and advanced expertise in various technologies. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years implementing IT management software
  • Proven ability to run IT organizations end-to-end in small, fast-paced environments (150–300 employees)
  • Advanced expertise with MacOS, Windows, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SAML/SSO, SCIM provisioning, SPF/DKIM, VPNs, and Azure/MSFT ADFS
  • Security-first mindset: A strong bias toward security and reliability, with the ability to think through edge cases, plan for contingencies, and ensure ongoing system maintenance and stability
  • Proactive process innovator : Experience identifying and implementing IT best practices, with the vision to continuously improve and future-proof IT systems for a growing, global organization
  • Strong communicator and collaborator : Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to partner across teams and ensure IT supports all business functions seamlessly

Responsibilities

  • Streamline IT support and communication: Take ownership of IT Tier 1 ticket resolution while actively monitoring Jira and Slack IT channels to deliver timely and efficient support to our global team
  • Enhance employee experiences globally: Manage end-to-end laptop provisioning and de-provisioning (Mac & Windows) through a third-party provider and internal staff, ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless offboarding for employees across the globe
  • Optimize IT procurement processes: Lead the procurement and management of corporate IT software, equipping teams with the tools they need to succeed
  • Elevate onboarding and training programs: Oversee global onboarding and offboarding processes, including creating and delivering IT training to empower employees to work securely and efficiently
  • Drive security and accessibility initiatives: Own and manage identity providers, such as Google and Okta, to maintain secure and scalable access for all employees
  • Build scalable IT processes: Identify, document, and implement best practices to improve processes, foster efficiency, and support the rapid growth of the organization
  • Create a self-service culture: Develop a robust IT Knowledge Base to empower employees with answers at their fingertips, reducing dependency on support and driving efficiency across the organization
