Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience in IT recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including contacting, interviewing, managing offers, and handling negotiations to successfully close candidates
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience at all stages
• Independently research and develop strategies to attract the best candidates, collaborating with the hiring manager to ask the right questions and gather key information to tailor the selection process
• Propose innovative solutions and contribute new ideas to improve both the hiring process and candidate experience
• Demonstrate a high degree of independence, managing your own workload and making decisions with minimal supervision
• Be curious, proactive, and eager to learn, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment
