Join our team as an experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to manage all aspects of the recruitment process and employee support, creating strategies for attracting and retaining talent, and working closely with various departments to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and HR management
• Experience recruiting for IT positions and managerial roles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in high-pressure situations
• Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools
• English level - Upper Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from creating job postings and advertisements to conducting interviews and extending job offers
• Define candidate requirements and develop job descriptions
• Gather and analyze labor market data, salary competitiveness, and other factors affecting talent acquisition
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit with company requirements
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and provide ongoing support
• Develop and implement programs for employee retention and development
• Advise management on HR matters and personnel policies
• Maintain recruitment process reports and provide regular updates on recruitment outcomes
