Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or related business administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties
- Manage job postings on various platforms, including the company website and external job boards
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
- Support the onboarding process by conducting pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and coordinating start dates
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct new hire onboarding
- Coordinate the employee referral bonus program, tracking bonus payment obligations, etc
- Support Applicant Tracking reporting for Affirmative Action Plans and other applicant reporting needs
- Maintain recruitment metrics and distribute to team on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain contacts with educational institutions and external recruiting agencies. Coordinate internship program in partnership with Human Resources
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for the space industry
- Experience working in a start-up or small company
- Previous technical recruiting experience is a plus
