Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the independent execution of recruitment projects in the IT area
• Direct search skills
• Practical knowledge of recruitment tools
• Self-driven with exceptional motivation to achieve hiring goals
• Willingness to learn
• Hands-on approach to solving problems
• Advanced level of English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process—from gathering requirements to rate negotiation—while partnering with hiring managers to align on hiring needs
• Identify top IT talent via LinkedIn and other platforms; build a pipeline for current and future roles
• Create compelling job ads and contribute to Employer Branding to position Incubly as a top employer
• Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates’ skills and fit, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Track recruitment activities in Recruitee, ensuring accurate reporting and updates
• Build and refine hiring strategies that attract top talent and measure recruitment success through data and analytics
