Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, experience recruiting for technical roles a plus
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage qualified candidates
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Rippling or similar HRIS, Lever or similar ATS, and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Posses a bias for action and enthusiasm for fast iteration
• Experience working cross functionally across teams with open and clear communication

• Oversee our full-cycle recruiting process
• Establish processes to ensure alignment between hiring managers and key business stakeholders
• Sourcing, initial candidate interviews, scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, and offer generation
