Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient knowledge of networking equipment and standard internet protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installations, administration, and troubleshooting
  • Strong familiarity with Mac OSX (Mainly), Windows 10, 11 β€” must
  • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, particularly JAMF - advantage
  • Understanding of IT backend environments, including GPO, Active Directory, Office 365, G-Suite, and Okta
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support to MyHeritage employees, resolving their technical issues promptly and effectively
  • Diagnose reported technical issues and prioritize them based on urgency, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when necessary
  • Provide both on-site and remote support, ensuring uninterrupted IT services
  • Manage the complete IT onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up and deactivating accounts across multiple platforms and tools
  • Support server and cloud solutions, ensuring their optimal performance
  • Integrate and support seamless integration between on-premise and cloud systems
  • Monitor IT systems for smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions for non-standard situations
  • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for various cloud platforms and applications
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT processes
  • Create knowledge base articles and documentation on implemented solutions and system configurations
  • Manage initial provisioning of IT systems, including laptops and office IT equipment, and provide ongoing support
  • Coordinate IT orders and stock, collaborating closely with suppliers and vendors
  • Maintain meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment for smooth operations
