Customer Education Specialist

Join us at Easy Agile as a mid-level Customer Education Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the way our customers learn and engage with our products. As the driving force behind our educational content, you'll ensure that our customers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to maximize the value of our products.

Requirements

• Skilled instructional designer with experience creating comprehensive educational materials and learning experiences for SaaS products
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with agile frameworks and principles
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure from scratch
• Ability to quickly absorb complex information and turn it into educational resources that are easy to understand and engaging for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and impactful educational materials, including user guides, video tutorials, webinars, and interactive modules
• Lead live training sessions, webinars, and workshops that empower our customers to fully leverage our product suite
• Repurpose and tailor educational resources to support different audiences across the business
• Keep our educational resource library fresh and accessible, ensuring customers can easily find the information they need, when they need it
• Partner with our Customer Success, Support and Product teams to pinpoint common customer challenges and craft tailored educational content
• Monitor and report on the success of our educational programs with a focus on customer satisfaction, engagement, and product adoption
