Summary

Join Bitso's IT team as an Endpoint Management Specialist and help balance user experience with security. You will oversee and enhance endpoint management platforms, focusing on automation, policy enforcement, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing endpoint solutions, automating device provisioning and patch management, implementing security policies, monitoring endpoint health, and providing support. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of endpoint management experience, 2+ years with MDM/UEM solutions (preferably Kandji, Endpoint Central, Intune), and strong expertise in macOS and Windows. Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Perl) and familiarity with IT Service Desk platforms are also required. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations environments
  • 2+ years of experience (hands-on) with MDM/UEM solutions, preferably Kandji, Endpoint Central, and Intune
  • Proven experience with patch management
  • Strong expertise in macOS and Windows configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Perl, with a strong automation mindset
  • Skilled in device hardening, following industry standards such as CIS benchmarks
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and skills to create and update technical documentation
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Adept at handling urgent and high-pressure customer support incidents, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and maintaining open, concise communication
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with IT Service Desk platforms (e.g., Jira) and remote desktop support
  • Proven English fluency

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize endpoint management solutions
  • Automate device provisioning, patch management, and software deployments
  • Implement and enforce endpoint security policies
  • Monitor and maintain endpoint health, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Analyze data to improve device performance and resolve endpoint issues
  • Assist with support-related tasks as needed, but with a primary focus on endpoint management
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation in Confluence
  • Enhance efficiency through automation, scripting, and process improvements
  • Work on Endpoint Management and related tech support (70% - 30% time ratio)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Identity Providers (e.g., Okta)
  • Google Workspace Administration experience
  • Slack Administration experience
  • O365 / MS VDIs / Azure administration experience
  • Airlock Administration experience
