Requirements

  • A background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation roles
  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation processes to streamline workflows for internal teams and clients
  • Manage and monitor systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security
  • Set up and configure hardware, software, and network systems for clients as needed
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency
