Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the company Azure environment, including Active Directory, InTune, Sharepoint and Office 365
  • Manage mailboxes, firewalls and systems integrations across the company
  • Oversee and manage the IT support desk, tracking requests, and managing timelines with stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot IT support requests and source new hardware
  • Implement Single Sign On and manage access control across all the company’s software
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats including implementing device monitoring software
  • Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives
  • Onboard all new starters; ensure that all IT set-up is completed in a timely fashion to enhance the experience of all new joiners
  • Roll out strict and legally compliant policies when dealing with PPI data
  • Closely collaborate with the various teams on integration projects including migrating and consolidation of software, websites, domains and hosting
  • Support the delivery of website development, working with key stakeholders and developers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous website development experience
  • Networking, Cloud infrastructure or Devops experience
