IT Support Engineer

Requirements

• You have a degree in Computer Sciences, IT,
• You have 0-2 years' experience in a relevant position
• Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 have no secrets for you
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Online
• Great blend of creative and technical ability is necessary
• Strong customer service orientation (“Customer first” mindset)
• Flexible, positive, and open minded
• Enthusiastic to work in an international environment, embracing diverse cultures and countries
• Able and eager to learn and evolve your skills
• Driven and enthusiastic team player, who loves to take initiatives
• Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary
• Testing innovative technology
• Possibly training junior staff
• Creating and maintaining a knowledge database and manuals for end-user to minimize the need for support
