Requirements

  • Must be proactive, outcome focused and self-managing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working in an end-user IT support role
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Proficient in supporting and understanding Windows 10, 11, and MacOS
  • Must have basic networking fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Respond and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner
  • Communicate and escalate issues if needed
  • Perform root-cause analysis on issues, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention
  • Proactively manage and maintain server, network, and firewall systems
  • Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well as occasional weekend maintenance if needed
  • Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and equipment
  • Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies
  • Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies
  • Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades
  • Manage user account information, permissions, and rights
