Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience in equipment maintenance
- A strong understanding of all aspects of service, parts, and warranty
- 3 years of parts experience is preferred
- A strong understanding of purchasing and logistics
- The ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with vendors and customers throughout every step of the parts purchasing process
Responsibilities
- Streamline processes for Branch level Parts Departments
- Work with the Regional Parts Support Specialist Lead to implement and execute parts room concept based on utilization, efficiency, and vendor allocations
- Work directly with the Service Procurement Team to source parts and ensure prompt and accurate delivery
- Work in collaboration with the Supply Chain team for the best part demand planning for each branch
- Adapt principles from 5s, to bring consistency and functional excellence to our parts departments
- Work with the Business Analytics team to develop systems and tools to help reduce waste and deadstock to improve overall inventory management
- Assist EquipmentShare branch locations with parts support
- Optimize/improve the operational efficiency, visualization, and performance
- Work dedicated to a Region and create a strong relationship with the branches to become the trusted partner to improve their daily processes
- Support the Logistics Operations team in executing continuous improvement projects
