Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • REQUIRED: Mac expertise, including remote support, system setup, and application troubleshooting
  • REQUIRED: Experience supporting applications like Zoom, Slack, and other cloud-based collaboration tools
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation habits and a process improvement mindset
  • A team-first approach, willing to step in where needed to support the broader Technology Operations function

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for all internal team members and new employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding processes
  • Manage onboarding setup by creating user accounts, provisioning access, enrolling devices in Apple Business Manager and Mosyle MDM, and conducting IT training
  • Oversee the offboarding and role-change process to ensure proper removal or transition of access, including updates to hardware asset tracking
  • Respond to internal support requests via the Ticketing System, resolving issues directly or escalating to external vendors when necessary
  • Support end users on both Mac (majority) and PC devices, including troubleshooting system and application issues remotely
  • Manage and maintain BELAY's device lifecycle process: ordering, tracking, updating, maintaining, and retiring hardware using a custom Salesforce object and MDM
  • Maintain security hygiene across both Mac and PC devices by identifying system vulnerabilities, supporting OS and software updates, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols
  • Assist with the testing and implementation of new technologies, tools, or integrations across BELAY entities
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and user-facing instructions
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in systems and support workflows
  • Partner with the Director of Technology Operations on key initiatives and system integrations that support BELAY’s operational goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • PREFERRED: Experience supporting both Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365 environments, as well as familiarity with MDM tools such as Mosyle and Apple Business Manager
  • Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar ticketing system is strongly preferred
