Japanese Operations Support Agent

Summary

Join our operations team as an Operations Support Agent for a 3-month fixed-term, remote contract (UK timezone). This key role involves crafting in-game and website text, coordinating global teams, and providing translation and operational support. You will ensure world-class player treatment by coordinating between customer support and development teams, translating key information to resolve issues. The position requires strong writing skills in English and Japanese, fluency in both languages, and experience with mobile/online games. Requirements

• Possess a minimum High School diploma
• Be fluent or near-fluent in English
• Have business-level Japanese language skills
• Have experience with mobile and online games professionally or personally
• Demonstrate strong writing ability in English and Japanese

Responsibilities

• Provide translation of customer-facing in-game notifications, social media posts, and more
• Help communicate game bugs, customer issues, and community feedback to teams in Japan
• Provide translation and coordination for communication between Japan staff and US staff
• Translate news announcements, special reports, troubleshooting tickets, player reports, records, and other documentation
• Utilize company tools to provide both direct and indirect support to customers

Preferred Qualifications
