Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a JIRA Administrator or Expert
  • Experience with Jira on the Cloud is required
  • Extensive experience managing and configuring JIRA, Agile methodologies, and associated add-ons/plugins
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Qualified candidates must reside in the United States and be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, dashboards, and reports
  • Customize JIRA workflows, fields, screens, and permissions
  • Develop and maintain JIRA integrations with other systems and tools
  • Train and support users on JIRA and related tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to JIRA users
  • Manage user access to JIRA and other systems through Active Directory
  • Monitor system performance and manage upgrades and patching as necessary
  • Consistently demonstrate informed judgement and system knowledge
  • Succesfully collaborate with internal teams to drive change and facilitate cooperation among cross functional groups
  • Proven ability to work in large, enterprise environments and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and other development tools would be a plus
