Summary
Join GoDaddy's team as a Lead HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday's human capital management software, focusing on Benefits. You will provide tier 2 support, collect system improvement requests, and track support cases. This remote position involves contributing to Workday's roadmap, expanding global presence, and enhancing employee experience. Responsibilities include assessing Workday issues, mentoring team members, managing support cases in Jira, facilitating backlog reviews, fostering Workday relationships, and providing administrator support. You will also participate in user acceptance testing and collaborate with change management and user adoption teams. Additional projects may include data audits and processing EIBs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM system
- Strong understanding and experience testing with one or more of the following modules: Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Time Tracking, Leave of Absence with a priority of Benefits
- Good communication and process improvement skills
- Strong organisational skills and project management experience
- Exceptional focus on detail and capability to consistently deliver precise data
Responsibilities
- Assess relevant Workday issues and improvement requests to determine business insight, validity, and level of effort, for potential roadmap delivery
- Mentor HRIS analysts and HR Operations Team members in EMEA
- Create and coordinate support cases using Jira, build relevant searches and run reports
- Facilitate Backlog review meetings with various workstream leads to prioritise requests for the upcoming sprint planning meetings
- Foster ongoing Workday relationships β relevant memberships and engagement in Workday Community, User Groups and Conferences
- Provide support from initiation to completion for Workday issues and updates submitted through Jira, including participation and/or support of user acceptance testing, and partner as needed with change management and user adoption team
- Although this is not a configuration role, you will provide Workday Administrator support as defined for the team
- Other projects and work as assigned, may include data audits and processing EIBs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with release management and optimisation
- Experience with Jira-issue tracking software
