Junior Account Manager

Summary

Join Good Influence, an influencer network for campaigns and causes, as a Junior Account Manager. Support the development and execution of client campaigns by coordinating content, tracking progress, and generating performance reports. Collaborate with strategists and team members to ensure seamless project execution and exemplary client communication. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of agency or consulting experience, a strong understanding of social media, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• At least 2 years of agency or consulting experience
• An understanding of social media platforms, including engagement and interactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working in a remote, collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A growth mindset and interest in career growth with Good Influence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Background or experience in politics, advocacy, or digital engagement

Responsibilities

• Participating in client discussions to understand their goals and execute tailored campaigns
• Tracking campaigns’ progress, ensuring that all activities are on schedule and meet quality standards
• Generating reports on campaign performance and analyzing key metrics
• Providing clients with regular updates on the project status
• Working closely with Good Influence leaders and other team members to ensure seamless project execution
• Attending client brainstorming sessions
