Junior Accountant

Summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records for payments/receipts and expenses
• Process online payments on banks and various payment portals
• Prepare monthly balance sheets and sales/expenses accounts reconciliations
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual financial close processes
• Analysis of monthly operating budgets against actual financial performance
• Update monthly cash flow statements
• Meeting reporting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• +1 year of Accounting experience
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Desire to learn and improve
