Summary
Join Ideals, a top-rated B2B SaaS company, as a Junior Sales Account Executive in the EMEA team. Work remotely to manage incoming client requests, convert leads into paying customers, and deliver exceptional client service. You will present the product, gather market insights, and nurture leads. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS tech environment
- Fluent English + fluent Spanish/German/French/Italian/Dutch
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Competence in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
- Proficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs)
- Strong problem identification and objection-handling skills
- Readiness for occasional travel for industry events and client meetings
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demos, live meetings) from potential customers from the assigned territory
- Help customers to solve customerโs complex problems using Idealsโ modern internal tools and techniques
- Deliver high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using sales techniques and keeping sales process compliant
- Present the product to the customers (including online and offline demonstrations)
- Collect and share the market insights to improve the sales process
- Deliver the best on-the-market buying experience
- Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified and closed lost deals to convert them into customers
