Junior Accountant, Internship - France

Summary

The job is for a Finance team member at Voodoo, a global mobile game and app publisher. The role involves managing supplier, customer accounts, bank assignments, and contributing to the proper functioning of the team. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Accounting with relevant experience, knowledge of French accounting rules, proficiency in Office suite, and fluency in French and English.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Accounting
• At least 6 months internship experience in a similar position, preferably in a top accounting firm or in a fast growing start-up/scale-up environment
• Knowledge of French accounting rules
• Proficiency in Office suite, including Excel
• Fluency in French with an operational level of English (due to our international environment)

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier, customer accounts, and bank assignments
• Monitor bank reconciliation statements
• Handle the entry of invoices, payments, and their follow-up
• Ensure the reliability of accounting and analytical charges of supplier invoices
• Monitor and follow up on supporting documents for Procurement and Spendesk cards
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the accounting department (handling of supplier files, archiving, etc.)
• Propose improvements to working methods and help to implement these improvements
• Contribute to the proper functioning of the team, particularly by sharing knowledge and maintaining good working relationships
