Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients who have scheduled a call or inbound leads, source new leads through strategic prospecting, conduct sales entirely over Google Meets, phone calls and email, focus on calls to convince them to take the next step in our sales process
  • Explain our process, answer client questions, demonstrate how we address specific recruitment challenges, make potential clients feel comfortable and informed, ensuring they understand the value of our services and are ready to move forward
  • Ask probing questions to identify clients' biggest challenges and propose immediate solutions
