Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Brand Manager or similar role
  • 2+ years experience and a proven track record for growing social media channels through creative content writing and design (ex. Figma, Canva, etc)
  • Ability to adopt brand voice and create relatable, engaging content
  • Experience in leading and managing marketing projects and budgets
  • Experience in creating monthly campaign calendars, segmentation, deliverability, and analyzing performance
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Have a passion for the gaming space
  • Comfortable with occasional work travel

Responsibilities

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Communicate our vision and mission effectively across marketing channels
  • Translate brand elements into plans and growth strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate our target audience
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Oversee and manage marketing channels, including social media, SMS, email, PR and content marketing
  • Manage marketing campaigns directed at our loyalty members
  • Engage with potential partners and develop strategic relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling and marketing to a large database of loyalty members
  • Experience managing PR and strategic partnerships to drive mutual promotion and enhance airport gaming experiences
  • Experience with Airport Concessions, Retail, F&B, Ecommerce and/or Hospitality
  • Experience creating email flows and campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Active Campaign
