Junior Account Manager

Summary

Compose.ly is seeking an entry-level Junior Account Manager to join their team. The role involves managing client relationships, executing strategic marketing plans, and ensuring client success. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs strategically, conduct research across various industries, and devise strategies to achieve client success
• Take proactive steps to foster and enhance existing client relationships and ensure retention while identifying avenues for expansion
• Employ critical thinking to analyze metrics and offer client recommendations based on insights
• Create, execute, and oversee strategic marketing plans encompassing brand development, web initiatives, and digital endeavors
• Effectively communicate with both clients and internal teams on matters including brand strategy, on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, lead generation, thought leadership, analytics, etc
• Execute projects successfully, adhering to project management best practices to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Cultivate positive internal relationships while managing all aspects of projects, including estimates, timelines, and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush
