Junior Business Analyst

Summary

Join AutoHero, an innovative online used car dealership, as a Business Analyst. You will be involved in business analysis, KPI monitoring, and process optimization. The role requires experience as an analyst, data analysis skills with Excel/Google Sheets, and English proficiency. Additional preferred qualifications include data science fundamentals, VBA/Javascript/Google Apps Script macro development, and BI tool experience. The company offers a full remote position with a 40-hour work week.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an analyst
• Data analysis experience with Excel / Google Sheet
• Knowledge of the English language

Responsibilities

• Define and track operational KPIs
• Map, optimize, and revise processes
• Analyze data and create reports to support business decisions
• Directly liaise with B2C department management
• Present critical analyses to top management

Preferred Qualifications

• Fundamentals of data science and knowledge of Python or R
• Ability to develop macros in VBA, Javascript or Google Apps Script
• Skills on BI tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Qlik
• Experience in mapping, reviewing and rewriting processes, with knowledge of related models (BPMN, SIPOC, DMAIC, RACI...)
• Degree in economics, statistics, management engineering or scientific disciplines
