Salesforce Business Analyst

Summary

Join Storable as a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead impactful Salesforce initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment between our Salesforce and Go-to-Market platforms and business objectives. Drive revenue growth by providing expert guidance to stakeholders and technical teams. Serve as a key link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration. This role involves leading discovery sessions, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and enhancing Salesforce processes. You will also conduct user acceptance testing, mentor junior analysts, stay updated on Salesforce innovations, and provide training and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar Salesforce role
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow automation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and integrations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with process mapping, user stories, and stakeholder management
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams
• Salesforce certifications (at least one of the following): Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder
• A solid understanding of the capabilities and best practices of marketing automation platforms, such as SFMC, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Comprehensive understanding of each activity in the lead-to-cash process from systems, business, and procedural viewpoints
• Proficiency in writing advanced spreadsheet functions
• All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document complex business requirements
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions that optimize business processes
• Lead cross-function projects and drive Salesforce enhancements
• Develop and refine user stories, process flows, and system requirements
• Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Business Leaders to deliver high-value solutions
• Analyze and improve existing Salesforce processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive adoption strategies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements
• Provide training and documentation for end-users
• Present outcomes to leadership teams upon project completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or Zapier
• Project management certification
