Join WorkMotion's Sales Team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to the growth of our all-in-one HR platform. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating with the sales team. This role requires outstanding communication, resilience, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate possesses native-level German (ideally Swiss German), experience in outbound sales, and a strong sales mindset. - Language & Professionalism: Native-level (ideally Swiss) German, ensuring effective communication in sales interactions
Responsibilities
- Lead Identification: Research and identify high-potential prospects to support a strategic outbound approach
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to initiate conversations and engage potential clients
- Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, and fit for WorkMotion’s services
- Pipeline Development: Nurture potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the Sales Team
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Campaign Managers, and your Team Lead to prioritize accounts and ensure seamless handovers
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline progress, and sales activities in HubSpot
- Market Insights: Provide feedback from prospects to improve messaging, sales strategies, and go-to-market positioning
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales Experience: First exposure to a customer acquisition role (e.g., BDR, SDR in SaaS, Outdoor Sales, Brand Ambassador, or Street Promoter)
- Outbound Sales Skills: Some experience with prospecting, lead qualification, or pipeline management is a plus
- CRM Familiarity: Basic knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools to track and manage sales activities
- Business & Market Awareness: An interest in SaaS, global hiring trends, or the remote work industry
