Join Wodify's Business Technology team as a Junior Business Systems Administrator and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge fitness tech company. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and supporting Wodify's systems, providing application support and configuration, help desk support, equipment and access management, and cloud systems support. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and improving processes through automation. Requirements
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role is helpful but not required
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable solving problems independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Responsibilities
- Assist users with platform-specific issues across ticketing, billing, communication, and CRM systems
- Provide comprehensive desktop support, troubleshoot authentication issues including MFA/password resets, and handle general user support requests
- Manage equipment lifecycle including hardware replacements (laptops, security keys, peripherals), provision user accounts, and support employee onboarding/offboarding processes
- Support AWS cloud server and serverless resources by conducting regular maintenance and building or maintaining observability initiatives
- Work with internal customers to understand technology requirements, audit procedures to determine inefficiencies, architect improved solution with scalability and automation in mind
- Script solutions to problems to produce repeatable and hands off processes using Powershell and Ansible
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with system administration, networking, and cloud platforms is preferred, with an emphasis on scalability and adherence to best practices
- Experience with business platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Recurly is preferred
- Basic familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience, bootcamp training, or self-guided learning all welcome
- Certifications (AWS, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a nice-to-have, not required
