Summary
Join applike group as an Accountant and build the financial foundation for sustainable growth at one of Germany's fastest-growing tech startups. You will ensure the workplace tech is constantly working, provide technical assistance, create and maintain solutions, manage the IT warehouse, and manage over 400 workstations. This role requires more than 3 years of experience in System Administrator roles or equivalent experience, deep expertise in relevant fields, and strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. The company offers a hybrid work setup, 30 vacation days, 3 weeks of remote work per year, access to an in-house gym, and mental health support. Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in System Administrator roles or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in all relevant fields e.g., OS administration (Jamf), network security setup and infrastructure fallbacks, automation of processes e.g. provisioning, flawless running of our Unifi infrastructure
- Expert knowledge in working with Windows, Mac, the Google Workspace, and decent familiarity with JIRA
- Strong track record of driving projects in the System Administrator Space and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ready to operate at fast speed, solution-oriented, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality
Responsibilities
- Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working: Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc
- You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions in our Confluence
- Proper management of the IT warehouse
- Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment
- Manage over 400 workstations, mainly onsite in Hamburg but also remotely
- Ensure proper security of our computers and network
- Willing to take part in daily support when needed and proactively offer hands-on assistance to colleagues and other teams with an open-minded attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in onboarding, coaching, and mentoring working students, interns, and other junior colleagues
