Summary

The job is for a Customer Success Manager on Deel's Scale & Growth Team, responsible for managing client relationships, project management, and growing the client base. The ideal candidate has relevant experience and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Requirements

  • Ideally 1-2+ years of experience within Customer Success
  • Payroll Experience
  • Experience within a Regional/Global book of business
  • Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
  • Used to deal with escalations, or frustrating customers
  • Take good ownership & accountability
  • Fluency in English AND Mandarin
  • Based within APAC timezone

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on how to best structure internal processes to drive growth while using Deel's product
  • Help the client with their remote global workforce
  • Work with Support, Product, Sales & Engineering teams to deliver the best customer experience
  • Set up outreach campaigns for customer base
  • Preventing and eliminating churn
  • Growing relationships with a larger book of clients and promoting their growth at Deel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
  • Experience working in a remote team
  • Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up
  • Fintech or HR tech experience
