Summary

Join Front Row's Business Intelligence team as a Junior Customer Success Manager and play a key role in ensuring client success with our Catapult BI platform. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, onboarding, and training. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and identify platform improvement opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills in German and English, a relevant degree, and a basic understanding of SaaS products. Requirements

  • Have a degree or training in business administration, marketing, IT, communication sciences, or a related field
  • Clearly and effectively convey complex topics in German and English
  • Understand customer needs and prioritize their success
  • Proactively identify challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Handle stressful situations and manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude
  • Be comfortable with change and quick to adjust to new situations
  • Have a basic grasp of SaaS products and cloud-based software to provide customer support

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and challenges related to our Catapult SaaS solution
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring clients are well-versed in utilizing Catapult’s features to meet their business objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and BI consultants, to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for platform improvements and additional training needs
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients in both German and English
  • Use CRM and project management tools (such as HubSpot, Office Workspace, and Asana) to track client interactions and manage tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have familiarity with business intelligence platforms, such as Catapult
  • Have experience with HubSpot, Office Workspace, and Asana
