Summary
Join Moxie, a rapidly growing global company, as a Junior Meta Specialist. Support the Meta advertising team by ensuring accurate and complete campaign details through quality assurance checks and task monitoring. Maintain and improve Asana workflows, providing training and support to team members. Coordinate task flow across internal marketing boards, enforcing SOP compliance and reducing bottlenecks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with experience in digital marketing or project coordination. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and project management tools is preferred.
Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in a digital marketing (Meta), project coordination, or media support role (agency experience a plus)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or other paid media platforms is preferred
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and managing structured documentation
Responsibilities
- Campaign QA and Task Monitoring
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing Meta requests to ensure campaign details are accurate and complete
- Monitor team boards to identify tasks that are delayed or outside standard service level agreements (SLAs)
- Follow up on overdue or stalled tasks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to move items forward
- Verify that completed requests have been properly implemented within Meta
- Ensure all requests follow established SOPs and help address any communication or process gaps
- Workflow & Platform Coordination
- Support ongoing maintenance of internal project management boards to ensure alignment across marketing, onboarding, and account teams
- Assist in keeping central tracking documents and databases up to date based on account activity and campaign status changes
- Help enforce and maintain naming conventions, ad asset assignments, and organization within Meta Business Manager
- Maintain and update Asana rules, automations, and documentation to support evolving team structures
- Help maintain and sync personal workflow boards across teams to ensure visibility and task accountability
- Asana Support & Team Enablement
- Provide onboarding and training for team members on how to use Asana effectively
- Assist in refining and improving Asana workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as the point of contact for unassigned or misrouted requests, and triage tasks to the appropriate assignees
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are tracked, prioritized, and executed according to defined protocols
- Support cross-team coordination by ensuring newly launched initiatives are reflected accurately across all relevant Asana boards
