Junior Finance Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• Financial education and knowledge, with a solid understanding of finance principles, transactions and reports
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and vendors
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent work ethics
• Ability to process big data
• Intermediate English level

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reports and prepare data for the accounting system to support the smooth operation of our Finance Department
• Process and validate corporate credit card payments
• Collect and verify receipts, claims, and other documentation for credit card payments to ensure accuracy
• Organize financial data into trackers to maintain reliable record-keeping
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the accounting team
• Prepare and maintain cash flow reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to address questions and provide clarifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting cost allocation rules and principles
• Experience of work with cash flow reports
