Summary

The job involves installing, configuring, monitoring, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. The employee will also provide technical support across the company, set up accounts for new users, keep the asset management system updated, research solutions to software and hardware issues, and coordinate the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware. A degree in a relevant technology field and 1-3 years of experience are required.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant Technology field
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
• Problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English language
• Computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Keeping updated the asset management system and hardware inventory
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Coordinates the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware
