Summary

Caseware is seeking a Support Specialist to help their customers use existing solutions in the set-up and audit modules. The role involves handling tasks related to software installation, cloud products, and hybrid solutions, ensuring clients get the maximum benefit from Caseware's product portfolio when implementing cloud solutions. The candidate should have a financial education background with bookkeeping knowledge, be a team player, quality-conscious, solution-oriented, technically proficient, and IT-savvy. The position offers a job of 32 to 40 hours per week, an informal open culture in an agile environment, competitive salary, profit sharing, 25 vacation days with the option to buy 5 more (30 days total), and the opportunity to work with one of the leading quality management systems for the accounting sector and large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Help clients use existing solutions in the set-up and audit modules
• Resolve tasks related to software installation, cloud products, and hybrid solutions
• Ensure clients get the maximum benefit from Caseware's product portfolio when implementing cloud solutions
• Maintain knowledge articles and FAQs in the service system
• Ensure clients have the best possible experience with Caseware, handling tasks via support tickets, email, and telephone
