Requirements

  • Successful apprenticeship (abgeschlossene Ausbildung) in a logistics role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations or Logistics
  • First experiences in a customer facing role within operations, logistics or other relevant settings
  • Strong collaborator & communicator with organisational skillset
  • Strong service and solution oriented mindset
  • Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Hands- on mentality and open for fast scaling environment
  • Enthusiastic about new technologies (electric transports) & sustainability

Responsibilities

  • Together with Operational Account Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in Germany
  • Manage daily operations and planning
  • First point of contact for our customers and other partners such as carriers and workshops for electric trucks
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders such as invoicing, hardware and charging
  • Analyze, optimize and report performance securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved
  • Handle and resolve customer requests
  • Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations
  • Support customer deployment projects
  • Customer on site visits and go live support
  • Supporting account managers with backoffice tasks
