Summary

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level or niche roles
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, international or matrixed organization
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruiting tools and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience to hire product-mind set candidates from RO, MD & CZ location
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Bachelorโs degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic guidance
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural fit
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy
- Stay updated on the local Romanian talent market and provide market intelligence insights
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives
- Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ATS (e.g., Lever,, Workday) is a plus
- Familiarity with Romanian labor market regulations and trends
- Prior exposure to diversity hiring or global recruiting practices
