Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner Junior in the software industry
• Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Proficient English speaker, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills, particularly visual and verbal communication of dense and technical subjects
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Willingness and motivation to learn new tools and skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the internal product roadmap, ensuring continuous value delivery
• Execute and create tasks to ensure planning
• Maintenance of the public roadmap
• Ensure that both roadmaps are visible, transparent, and understood by the development team and stakeholders
• Prepare the functional requirements and collaborate with the development team to clarify what’s necessary, providing feedback and answering questions
• Validate that development team delivers fits the requirements’ needs
• Product releases notes generation to provide necessary training and documentation
• Provide necessary technical knowledge to internal stakeholders
• Provide Tier 2 Support level
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and team collaboration
