Requirements

• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English and Ukrainian (C1+)
• At least 0.5 — 1 year of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
• Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills
• Having an eye for detail and high work-quality standards
• Desire to advance in IT & AI
• Open, easy-going personality

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates through various job platforms
• Advertise open roles on various channels
• Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities
• Work closely with different departments to forecast staffing needs
• Screen, interview, and make sure every candidate leaves with a great impression of us (whether hired or not)
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Be an ambassador of Label Your Data  and promote our company’s brand and values

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT or service company
• Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus
• Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems
