Requirements

• Comfortable with numbers and interpreting graphs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Very good synthesis skills
• Strong marketing sensibility
• Good skills in client relationship management
• Fluent in French and comfortable in English
• A previous experience in data analysis is appreciated

Responsibilities

• Support customers in their use of YouGov BrandIndex and YouGov Profiles
• Deliver reports providing relevant insights and recommendations to customers: strong data analysis skills and accurate understanding of customers marketing and communication issues are needed
• Manage customer accounts and facilitate the renewal of BrandIndex/Profiles contracts
