Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential customers and decision-makers
  • Use various channels (email, phone calls, social media) to generate and qualify leads
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and enhance lead generation efforts
  • Initiate contact with prospects through personalised and effective communication
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services
  • Engage in initial conversations to understand prospect needs and qualify their interest
  • Assess the fit of leads based on predefined criteria
  • Collaborate with sales to understand ideal customer profiles and refine qualification parameters
  • Disqualify leads that do not meet the criteria to ensure a focused sales effort
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
  • Regularly update the sales team on the status of leads and opportunities
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of leads to ensure a steady flow through the sales funnel
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to understand sales strategies and priorities
  • Provide valuable insights from prospect interactions to refine messaging and targeting
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Attend training sessions and actively seek opportunities for professional development
