Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential customers and decision-makers
- Use various channels (email, phone calls, social media) to generate and qualify leads
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and enhance lead generation efforts
- Initiate contact with prospects through personalised and effective communication
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services
- Engage in initial conversations to understand prospect needs and qualify their interest
- Assess the fit of leads based on predefined criteria
- Collaborate with sales to understand ideal customer profiles and refine qualification parameters
- Disqualify leads that do not meet the criteria to ensure a focused sales effort
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
- Regularly update the sales team on the status of leads and opportunities
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of leads to ensure a steady flow through the sales funnel
- Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to understand sales strategies and priorities
- Provide valuable insights from prospect interactions to refine messaging and targeting
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Attend training sessions and actively seek opportunities for professional development
