Summary
Join Whereby as a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify outbound sales opportunities in the healthcare sector, drive growth of our API product, and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Contribute towards strategy and tactical ideas for sales activity
- Identify and target key decision-makers in medium and enterprise healthcare platforms
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the telehealth and digital mental health landscape
- Measure and report on sales performance, providing insights and assisting towards team and company goals
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Engage with potential clients via email, social media, and phone to introduce Wherebyβs Embedded solutions
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of potential healthcare clients
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and our Sales Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts targeting the healthcare industry
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our product, industry trends, and the healthcare tech landscape
