Requirements

  • 1+ years prior history working in a B2B sales environment, and track record of success
  • ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝHunterโ€ sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • High School diploma required; bachelorโ€™s degree highly preferred
  • Strong prospecting skills with experience developing a territory
  • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills and highly detail orientation (ability to follow-up)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in $2500 sales per month
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information
  • Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred
