Summary
Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Jr. Sales Executive and embark on a fulfilling sales career. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building strong client relationships. This role offers a 95% remote work environment, a competitive base pay of $45,000 annually, plus uncapped tiered commissions. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments, making presentations, and utilizing a CRM system. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills and highly detail orientation (ability to follow-up)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in $2500 sales per month
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations
- Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
- Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information
- Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience a plus but not necessary
- ���Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
