This role offers a 95% remote work environment, a competitive base pay of $45,000 annually, plus uncapped tiered commissions. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments, making presentations, and utilizing a CRM system. Requirements

  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills and highly detail orientation (ability to follow-up)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in $2500 sales per month
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information
  • Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience a plus but not necessary
  • ���Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
