Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Close Sales Deals: Execute effective closing strategies to convert leads and prospects into satisfied customers
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services to address customer queries and concerns effectively
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting sales targets
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align sales strategies and optimize the customer experience
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and sales experiences
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM software
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
