Requirements
- Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals
- Proven work experience as a Sales Closer, Account Manager, or relevant role. Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Close Sales Deals: Execute effective closing strategies to convert leads and prospects into satisfied customers
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services to address customer queries and concerns effectively
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting sales targets
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align sales strategies and optimize the customer experience
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and sales experiences
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM software
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
