Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Breezy, Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify new sourcing strategies and channels
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Experience using Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, Monday.com

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future sales positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), Breezy HR
  • Perform other duties as instructed
