Summary

Join Solution Tree as a Junior Salesforce Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our Salesforce implementation. You will manage user accounts, configure settings, maintain data integrity, and provide user support. Key responsibilities include user and license management, Salesforce configuration and customization, data maintenance and monitoring, and training and support. A bachelor's degree or 1+ years of Salesforce administration experience is required, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Salesforce certifications and experience with third-party integrations are preferred. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Experience in managing Salesforce of a mid-size company (150 to 300 users)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting and resolving user issues
  • Maintain system security, including user accounts, roles, profiles, and access permissions
  • Monitor user adoption
  • Implement basic configuration changes (custom fields, page layouts, record types)
  • Assist in developing workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to optimize business processes
  • Build and edit Flows to automate tasks
  • Create and update dashboards and reports
  • Conduct data cleansing and manage routine data updates and backups
  • Assist with data migration and import/export processes
  • Perform data quality checks and correct errors
  • Investigate and resolve data-related issues
  • Maintain data dictionaries and documentation
  • Create and maintain training materials and lead onboarding sessions for new users
  • Answer user questions and troubleshoot Salesforce issues
  • Create and update user guides and help documentation
  • Contribute to knowledge base development and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator)
  • A passion for technology and a desire to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience with the 3rd party integration with Salesforce ecosystem
