Summary
Join BambooHR as a Salesforce Admin Intern and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce application. You will deliver day-to-day end-user support, manage Salesforce Lightning administrative tasks, customize Salesforce components, integrate third-party applications, and advance your Salesforce knowledge through ongoing learning and development. This hybrid Utah-based position requires collaboration with various teams and contributes to impactful projects. The role offers a dynamic environment to develop your Salesforce expertise. Employment is contingent on passing a background and credit check.
Requirements
- Completing your junior year of school with just one or two semesters remaining until graduation
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to consistently meet deadlines and optimize workflow
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
- Exposure to using Salesforce in a business setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day end user support for Salesforce, including addressing user inquiries, providing best practice guidance, and creating training materials and documentation to enhance user proficiency
- Manage Salesforce Lightning administrative tasks, including user setup and management, profile and role configuration, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, and overseeing license, capacity, and storage management
- Customize and manage Salesforce components such as dashboards, reports, form templates, page layouts, flows, and approval processes. Develop and maintain custom objects, object relationships, and both standard and custom fields
- Integrate, manage, and maintain third-party applications. Evaluate and recommend tools and solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Advance Salesforce knowledge through ongoing learning and development, including receiving mentorship from senior admins and engaging in self-directed learning using Salesforce resources and knowledge articles
